Women’s Sports Watch: What’s New and Why It Matters
There is a new development in the Washington high-school wrestling case previously reported.
Justice Elena Kagan has directed the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association and the other respondents to answer the female student’s emergency application by October 13, 2026. The student is seeking advance notice before being matched against an athlete who is male by sex but identifies as female, along with the ability to withdraw without penalty.
Iowa and the Independent Council on Women’s Sports have also submitted briefs supporting the application.

Moms for Liberty Nevada is built for parents who don’t just want information; they want action, advocacy, and a statewide movement protecting parental rights in every classroom and at every school board meeting. School choice is one component, not the whole story. Parents need guidance, updates, legislative insight, and a network that fights with them, not above them.

If you want to stay ahead of education policy, understand how to navigate Nevada’s shifting school landscape, and join a coalition that is reshaping the direction of our schools:
