By purchasing advertising space with Moms for Liberty — Clark County, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure clarity, transparency, and a respectful partnership between advertisers and our organization.
All advertising fees are considered contributions to Moms for Liberty — Clark County, a nonprofit organization. As such, all payments are final and non-refundable. Your support directly funds our mission to protect parental rights and promote education freedom in Clark County.
We reserve the right to review and refuse any advertisement request at our sole discretion. Ads must align with our mission, values, and community standards. Any advertisement deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in conflict with our goals may be rejected or removed without notice.
Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights. Moms for Liberty — Clark County assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or claims arising from the content of advertisements.
Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moms for Liberty — Clark County, its officers, volunteers, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their advertisement content or linked materials.
Ad placement and duration will be agreed upon at the time of purchase. Moms for Liberty — Clark County will make every reasonable effort to display ads as promised but does not guarantee specific results or traffic metrics.
Moms for Liberty — Clark County reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time to maintain clarity, transparency, and alignment with our mission.
By submitting payment and advertisement content, the advertiser acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
